Established in 2001 this modern plant sits in 36,700 square meters of tranquil park land 55 km outside Dhaka. Nearly 20,000 kg knit fabric passes every day through plant gates supplying NEWAGE ready made garment (RMG) factories. The unit specializes in knitting, dyeing and finishing single jersey; honeycomb & lacoste pique; interlock; double jersey; 1x1 rib; 2x2 rib; CVC; TC; cotton/ viscose; cotton/lycra; ottoman and 100% cotton.

To maintain excellence 20% of all greige is inspected on production and arrival at plant with 100% table inspection of all finished fabric for gsm, production and finishing defects.

Using Swiss winch dyeing technology; compactor, dryer and washer from Italy & USA, the plant has built a solid reputation of producing quality fabric in time observing exacting buyers' specification. The production is supported by a fully equipped testing laboratory with equipment sourced from UK & USA to control shrinkage; wash fastness; light fastness and rubbing fastness. Colors are developed with lab dyeing machine and computerized color matching system – Data Color.

The plant is also sensitive to the needs of the environment. It utilizes clean captive power generation and houses an effluent treatment plant so as not to disturb the local ecosystem.
