Manufacturing Capabilities

Newage Apparels operates multiple specialized production units, including:

  • 18-line woven factory specializing in casual shirts and ladies’ blouses

  • 37-line knit factory producing children's and adult knitwear

  • 6-line cap section specializing in men's and women's caps

  • Garment printing and embroidery unit

These capabilities allow us to support diverse product categories and respond efficiently to changing fashion and market requirements.

Production Capacity & Facility

Our approximately 31,980-square-metre, three-unit manufacturing facility is located at Newage Industrial Park in Ashulia, approximately 35 km from Dhaka.

The facility employs nearly 4,250 workers and staff in a safe and supportive working environment and has a production capacity of approximately 16 million pieces per month.

Our modern production facilities and experienced workforce enable us to manufacture products efficiently while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Quality Assurance

Quality is integrated throughout our manufacturing process, from incoming fabric inspection through production and final packing.

We inspect up to 10% of incoming fabric consignments using a 4-point inspection system. When defect levels exceed the acceptable range during initial inspection, additional inspection is carried out to ensure the acceptability of the full consignment.

Production quality is monitored through a structured traffic-light inspection system operated by trained quality inspectors. Inspectors report directly to management, while finished garments are checked before leaving the production floor and again before packing.

Newage Apparels uses AQL 1.5 for in-house inspections. Additional inspection standards are applied where required by individual buyers or third-party inspection procedures.
