Established in 1984, Newage Garments Ltd. is a specialized woven garment manufacturer and exporter based in Bangladesh. The factory focuses on the production of casual and dress shirts for international apparel buyers.

With a production capacity of approximately 700,000 pieces per month, Newage Garments combines experienced production teams, established supplier relationships and structured quality-control processes to serve the requirements of global fashion brands.

Newage Garments operates a 20-line woven production facility specializing in casual and dress shirts.

Factory & Workforce

The factory occupies approximately 40,497 square metres and is located at Newage Industrial Park beside the Uttara–BYPIL Highway in Ashulia, approximately 17 km from Dhaka's main airport.

The facility employs more than 2,650 people and has received certification from several buyers in recognition of its workplace practices and manufacturing standards.

Quality Assurance

Quality control is integrated throughout the manufacturing process, from incoming fabric inspection through production and final packing.

We inspect incoming fabric consignments using a 4-point inspection system. Where defect levels exceed the acceptable range during initial sampling, additional inspection is conducted to ensure the quality and acceptability of the full consignment.

Production quality is monitored through a structured traffic-light inspection system, with quality inspectors reporting to the Managing Director. Finished shirts undergo final inspection before leaving the production floor and are checked again before packing.

Newage Garments uses AQL 2.5 for in-house inspections, while additional inspection standards may be applied during third-party inspections according to individual buyer requirements.
